About Chris
Born and raised in West Sacramento, I've spent more than three decades watching my once "small town" blossom into one of the top growing cities in the area. Growing up in the State Streets, playing Little League at Memorial Park, soccer in Bryte and Broderick, going to school in Southport… I can honestly say I know every area in this town like the back of my hand.
Another thing I know like the back of my hand is the Real Estate market. After graduating from CSU Sacramento with a degree in Real Estate and Land Use Affairs in 2004, I decided to dedicate my professional career to learning, understanding, and calculating the housing market. My extensive knowledge of market trends, programs available to first time homebuyers, the short sale process, and foreclosure and probate law, has allowed me to be one of the top Real Estate Agents in West Sacramento for nearly half a decade. In 2009 and 2010 I also represented the top 10% of Real Estate Agents within the entire Lyon Real Estate Corporation. (A company that has almost 1,000 agents.)
I have been an Outstanding Life Member of the Sacramento Association of Realtors’ Masters Club since 2014, and have continuously sold over $14-million in homes since 2013.
